I ordered this coat for a trip to Alaska. I could not figure out how long it would take to ship to my address until after I completed the order. Turns out it arrived after I left. When I came back and tried the coat on (I ordered a large) it was too small. However, I was beyond your unreasonably tight 14 day return. So I am not happy with this purchase.
