Think before you buy from online superdry store
Received a defective item, half of item was covered in the dust and had very noticeable black spots. After talking with customer service, the item is going to be returned without delivery fees and hopefully exchanged as item quality was really high.
1 star is removed since item was defective.
Update: I received the item price without delivery charges even though it was their fault in the first place by sending the faulty item. Basically I paid to receive the faulty item. :D

I received my package. The delivery was timely, no question here, but there was a security tag attached to the leggings and as I did not have time to go to the store to have it removed (that's why I ordered them online in the first place), I had to remove it myself which resulted in damaging them. That's why I am very disappointed and ask you to please be more attentive next time.

I waited for the bag for 5 days as I had paid for the bag. Today I got a mail that the my order was canceled since the bag is not available. Now I dont have the bag and I have to go on a trip and have to buy bag from a local store at higher price. I had shortlisted other bags from. Other brands now they changed price or went out of stock.
