Basically, I really love your brand, sinne almost all the stuff fits me surprisingly well. As for your customer service, the only reason why I cannot give 5 stars is because of your return policy. When you buy online, you simple can't know if the garment fits you or not, so it would be much better, and wiser to return purhases for free.

Jeans with perfect fit
The jeans that I ordered were delivered promptly but in wrong size. How ever, I cannot complain, because the actual fit is perfect, after all. The sizes are a bit tricky. Now that I know more about them, I am a happy customer!

Lost package
Products were as good as every superdry product, but customer service didn't work out as hoped. First parcel was lost.. And I had to contact customer service to had it re-sent. This isn't a big thing but annoying one.

Cancelled item, no refund
Ordered number of goods, all with status "in stock".
Received confirmation, but a week later I was told that one of the articles were all of the sudden sold out.
Despite promises, refund of the missing article never arrived.
Twice I have been told that within 3-5 working days I shall receive the promised refund, still nothing.
I would be happy to receive the missing article, but in case you can't deliver that, at least you should send me the refund!!

I feel cheated
I ordered three T-shirts and paid 29.95 eur per shirt. When they arrived they had price tags of 16,95 £ attached. With the present exchange rate of 0,85 (and no major changes in the last 6 months) I feel cheated.
