I needed to exchange my order for a larger size. I had difficulty finding the portal for returns. The process is complicated.
Usually when I shop online with other stores I receive documentation for possible return with the items when they arrive. This would make it much easier. I will hesitate to make purchases online from your store in the future.

The size I ordered (42), my usual one, is extremely tight which is not understandable! It is also unacceptable that international service fees are charged and still pay 10€ for the return!

The sizing can be slightly different depending on the cut and/or the material.
Unfortunately, the free return is available for France and a few other countries but not for the country of your delivery address.
