Forgot to remove anti-theft label
The delivery was quick. However, the anti-theft tag was still attached to the jacket!
So chasing them to get more information about returning the product. Going to post office, waiting in line, organising return. Now waiting for new item (only after item has been received back).
For the inconvenience, refund of delivery for return (4e). Not much considering it was their error & the time wasted, petrol & printing costs associated with the hassle of returning the product.

My parcel arrived in two bits, not very good for the environment, and the second was canceled after 5 days and never arrived and neither did the refund. Such a shame.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We apologize for the poor experience you've had with us. Parcels are usually split since we do not have every item stocked in all our warehouses, and as such if you have multiple items in your order, they may be shipped out from different locations. When an item is cancelled, that item is not charged during payment. You are only debited for the item that is sent out, therefore there is no need to refund the items since they were not yet paid for. Thank you again for leaving a review and have a wonderful day.
