I'll leave a one star review purely on the design team and the fact I like some of their products. I won't give the rest of the 4 stars purely out of spite because of the lack of interest the customer service has for clients and how poorly the aftersales/customer service handles returns. I sent back my initial product as the sizing wasn't good, and ended up exchanging with a size up product, upon recieving said product I discovered that it was the cut that wasn't right, so I demanded an exchange again by contacting the Customer service 6 or so times with the request of exchanging my product against a refund so I could reorder another product. -> Every single time they'd send back a scripted Form email which would take me to the returns page, which if you've already made a return will prevent you from returning any products afterwards as it's not a multiple time system but a once off system. Once the first product is returned, it isn't possible to return any products afterwards. Anyhow.. One would think the customer service would handle this, nothing out of the ordinary just a badly coded return system. To me, it seems as if the customer service just didn't want to exchange the product and ignored my actual request until the exchange time was over, which I find madning.
Anyhow, this just makes me not want to repeat business and teaches me a lesson on how to take care of customers in my own practice.
