It's very hard to rate a product when you have recieved a satin dress instead of what you ordered. (A MANS Jacket)The said company are actually clueless as this is the second email looking for a review. It would be more appropriate if they replied to the complaint sent on email but apparently that can take 5 days. Beyond pathetic.
