The item arrived very promptly (two days after I ordered it).

it s been the second time in a row my order has not arrived. first time I ordered from superdry s site in Poland, didn t get ANY UPDATE FOR MY ORDER and i had to wait for a week till i get a response to my many emails. I tried to place an order from a different destination this time . Unfortunately, my parcel didn t arrived AGAIN and still don t have any tracking number for my order!!!I checked my personal information as the first time and there is no mistake.. SO disappointed with this irresponsible behavior!Is there is any assessment for the Delivery Services anyway??????
