Amazing service, excellent quality, what more can I say?

I like the quality and design of the product. It’s a little bit overpriced.

Very easy to navigate their on line inventory and the ordering process. I can not comment on the quality until I receive my order. Note* this is my first Superdry purchase.

Your prices are to way high.
This is a tough time. Be reasonable

Did not withstand Canadian winter temperatures.
Good down to -10/-15 C but not any lower.

Good material with cool design in a reasonable price.

Good quality and good fit, i wish they provide better/detailed description about the products.

Recent order included Sweatshirt (Organic Cotton) size M. The arrived product is marked as size M, however, the actual size is S. I contacted customer support on Chat, which turned out to be waste of time, sent an email with pictures of the product. Customer Service responded with ” Our Sizes can differ greatly between our products and even between colours in the same product. This is due to the cuts, materials and dyes used during production. Some dyes can cause the materials to constrict and others to relax creating this difference. Sadly we would not consider this a fault but if you wish to return the product, you are welcome to send your order back to our warehouse at your own cost”. They basically don’t stand behind their product quality. Needless to say, I’m furious. How a business handles problems says a lot about its integrity. Superdry has none.

I am extremely satisfied with recent purchase made on Superdry website. The order processing and delivery were all arranged super fast. Quality of products received are very good. Will definitely spread this experience to friends and relatives and will be continuing purchase on superdrystore.ca

Clothes are great, as is quality. I just wish there was a bigger size. I’m a large in other brands and xxl can be sometimes tight on super dry clothes. I’m 6’1 and 228 lbs, I’m not overweight or huge. So I could see how anyone bigger wouldn’t be able to wear super dry.

I found a piece of jacket that was really cool and fashionable.

Excellent and fast shipping. Design and quality are very good. I recommend Superdry to everyone.

Great quality products and I appreciate that the price-is-the-price when shipping to Canada; there’s no ridiculous hidden charges after the product ships.

I’ve always been a fan I just wish they would update their sizing to be consistent with the rest of the world. Currently a size XXL fits more like a Large so don’t throw anything in the dryer or you’re hooped.

Ordered some pants. Address was missing the Number of the municipal address. Not sure if it was a glitch or my error. I contacted them immediately. I have already spent countless hours trying to get them to fix the error. I even contacted the CEO. Initially, they were unwilling to do anything. After many hours they had agreed to contact the Courier. I am now asking for confirmation of the address correction. All I am getting back is: We are so sorry there is nothing we can do. This is ridiculous. I was even informed by one agent that they will not assist with any claims of loss or theft on this parcel (James). So Superdry is trying to weasel out of responsibility. This is not right for any retailer. I have fully documented this and do hold Superdry fully liable for any instance related to this.
