I like the ease of shopping on the website. The photos are very detailed and I like that you can see the item on a real person. The only think I would like to see is more inclusive sizing and models. You also need LONGER length hoodies (like below the bum). Not everyone is in their 20's and have tiny waists!

So far so good
Ordered parachute grip pants online hoping they wouldn't be just another pair of heavy cotton cargo pants, and thrilled with the product that arrived. We'll see how they hold up over time but seem great as a first impression. Only knock would be that they fit a little more snug at the waist than expected, but other than that like the somewhat loose fit of the legs and pockets seem to be all useful and well placed. More or less exactly what I wanted. Shipping took about 10 days to Canada.

Delivery service simply leaves package…
Delivery service simply leaves package on front doorstep when no one is home. Obviously, package gets stolen. no option to send to distribution center. They deal with a sub contractor for delivery.
