my son love this brand and always he tell to me if i give a gift to him always superdry. thank you and continue to develop more unique design love it.

I did ordered a 2XL and two 3XL tshirts and none fits. As per the size mentioned ON superdry website it should fit my size and I wear a 2XL size always.

I gotta say, I am becoming increasingly discouraged from buy online from Superdry.ca for the past 10 years I have seen the decline unique design and quality of materials used. Superdry was always my go to company for stylish jackets and sport hoodies different from the rest. Unfortunately, now Superdry has followed the trend of cheap material and same cookie cutter design you see with all other brands. Additionally, the last two items I bought were different from what the online website advertised. For instance, the blue colour Sonic Hybrid Zip through Jacket gives the impression it has a separate blue jacket underneath the actual Sonic Hybrid hooded jacket unlike the other colours. So I thought, what a steal, and order it, but when I received it, it was just a hooded padded jacket without the separate jacket the images provided on the website. Careful when ordering.

Everything from the time I placed my order to delivery went nice and smooth. Delivery was made ahead of estimated time,I am pleased and satisfied. You just gain a new customer.

Excellent products and service

I ordered (SUPERDRYCAEN1238871) a pair of sandals size M and I received two sandals of different size. Now I have to return the sandals to the USA and pay for the return!

Great product, but shipping was really slow. Almost a month from the US to Canada via DHL

I absolutely love the clothes, but have found a lot of difficulty in receiving them the last two times I have ordered.

Great designs, fast shipping and easy returns, ...if needed

This is a review about the shipping experience, not necessarily the product. I placed an order for a jacket on 2/25, got a link to track my shipment on 2/28 and it said the jacket would be delivered latest by 3/11. I understand this is an international shipment (US - Canada), but it's been 10 days now (3/10, just checked the shipment status) and it's still saying my shipment's last location was in NJ on 3/1. I don't even know if I'm gonna get my jacket at this rate. To top it, you sent me another email to review the product - something I cannot possibly do until I actually receive the product; and I would expect your marketing flows to take it into account if the client's actually received the product before asking for reviews.

Item was dispatched but never received and had to ask for a refund. Time wasted.

Good customer service. Always order one size bigger than usual. The person who helped me was very patient and helped me with the issue.

I ordered a hoodie that’s on sale and since this was the first time I bought online from Superdry, I used its size chart as a guide. I was advised to order one size bigger than what I usually wear. So I ordered a L but unfortunately when the item arrived, it was too big and too long. And it was not clearly stipulated in my order that sale item was non-returnable. Now I am stuck with a hoodie I cannot wear.
