Excellent Styles , colours that don’t fade. Never put it in the dryer though.

Ordered 2 tank tops CL instead of XXL by accident, emailed immediately to change the size to XXL and was told it was too late. I literally sent the email a minute after I place my order and got a reply in less than 24 hours. Are we yo believe the moment we pay that the item has been packed and ready to be shipped? As a regular client very disappointed

Great quality. Good value. Fast delivery.

This is the second time I ordered something then a couple days later it says not available. It’s like getting apiece of coal on Christmas morning . So disappointing.

I hope you guys improve the inventory so it matches what you are selling to a customer at the time of a purchase.

This is my husband’s favourite tshirt brand. Most of his shirts are SuperDry. Very good quality.

First of all, need to change the size notation to an easy way such as UK10, or US10 like that. So people can know it is 10 size in UK. Because you have the size Invert chart for size guide, just saying size 8 can confuse people if it is 8 in uk or us.

Secondly, I requested to cancel my order due to the size confusion like above after 16 hours include over night clearly before shipped, it wasn’t possible to cancel, but asked to just refuse delivery when it arrives.

Isn’t it lose-lose thing to do? You lose money for false delivery and I waste my time, maybe money since I gotta order another batch after this is all settled.
Compare to other brand that ships from overseas, usually it is allowed to cancel the order within 24hours or so of purchase.

You might need a system like that.

Lastly, I was trying to check the products in checkout page, but once you put a product in checkout basket, you can’t click the product in checkout to review the details again. I had to go back and search for the same product to double check the details.

It was a surprise to see a long-run good-reputation brand has this poor stage of system yet.

If you wear medium, you have to order XXL, no joke. But, once you know the brand, it won't be an issue. They just don't want chubby people wearing their brand. Like Hollister...

Amazing site, great user interface, prices and sizes are shown clearly. Super Dry makes the best-fitting T-shirts and sweaters I have ever purchased. Beautiful logo, great quality. I can't say enough good things about super dry. The website is fast and orders are easy. Great prices for a designer brand.

Superdry is a quality product which we have continued to purchase. My husband, who is 57, continually receives compliments on his T-Shirts and asked where to purchase them. WE have told our family & friends both here in Canada & Sweden about your products and they in turn have purchased products. We buy online, at a store here in Victoria, BC (Mangos) and in Europe when we travel.

It would be better if you can offer refund even for final sale item. Some of the item I’ve purchased the size doesn’t fit. I can only keep it with no choice. Hope you can take this into consideration.
