I ordered online 9 days ago and my order hasn’t even been dispatched yet and every time I try to get support there is no way to reach them the phone number is disabled and their website support doesn’t work.

I haven't received my package so the request for feedback is way to fast!

The only brand that I would sponsor if they allowed me to, have become my favorite brand in recent years,top quality, amazing selection, they have every style you could think of with out stand in ng designers my entire wardrobe is Superdry. 10/10

I ordered a pair of shorts that were supposed to be size 32 waist. They were nowhere near that! The quality of the gym tech shorts also wasn't as good as before so I sent both items back.. at my expense! Superdry doesn't even pay for returns. This experience is making me rethink online ordering. It just cost me time, effort and money with zero reward.

The web site provide no information under help and customer service, makes me wonder if I shopped from a fake site.

My recent experience went well, everything seem fine for me its just price which is a little high rest was Ok for me.

Pictures and videos for the clothing were great! The website itself would “teleport” back once you scrolled down on the main page.

Otherwise, my clothing was amazing. Only thing was the website having a minor bug.

Overall very good experience. Pictures on the portal should show better detail of the product to help customer decisions.

We love the T shirts very much. Good quality and designs. Plus lot of choices. The ordering process is very user friendly. Love Superdry!

I haven’t received my order after 18!days, I have not received any order updates and it seems I cannot speak to anyone in person at Superdry Customer Services, with concerns to my order not being delivered!! I can only speak to them via email which may take 48hrs!!

The problem is there is no size chart on the website. I’m trying to get a birthday gift for my father and not 100% sure about the size. The fit finder tool online is not accurate, I received my order but now I have to spend extra money because I need to send my order back for a refund or exchange. Super annoying. Please just provide a size chart online.

Still trying to get a refund one month after they received my return.

Product looked great but didn’t fit.

Very disappointed in their customer service. I’ve been enjoying their products for years, but it seems like they are on their way out.

I got my merchandise 3 days after I had placed the order!
Superdry = super quick delivery!

Service is great. The quality of the products is good.
