NOT even worth 1 store. Who in this day and age charges for returns.
Poor quality as well as experience.

Been looking for a jacket that is me… and superdry rookie edition says it all for me.

Waited for a long time for the delivery but it was all worth it.

Will definitely recommend your brand and will buy again soon…

I wasn’t able to make my online purchase on Chrome; the site froze at the point of processing my card. I switched to Edge and it did work. Communication after that was clear and the shipment arrived on time about ten days after purchasing. Packaging was minimal and recyclable which is great.

Misleading sizing. I ordered a military shirt and the page said the model was wearing UK 10. However, it did not state that sizing displayed was US sizing. Assuming I was ordering UK 10 ( as the page said the model was wearing UK 10), I found my item arrived as US 10 and was way too big. Through no fault of mine I now have to pay return postage.

Amazing experience as always

I've purchased a shirt, a hoodie, the gymtech shirt and pants. The order arrived earlier than stated on the shipping manifest and I was able to pick it up without issue.

The material feels really good, looks great and it fits great. In regards to fit you must read the size chart prior to buying, my work shirts that I buy locally are a size "L" I have a 43" and a bit chest so that puts me at a "XXL" which is sized for a 44" with superdry. Like I said it fits great.

I don't have any experience with the cusotmer support because I didn't need it.

I like how they have more graphic tees and hoodies, outside of just general simple ones. Overall the purchase experience was smooth with no issues.

The sizing for the T-shirt that I bought was not what I expected. There were not size guidelines shown on the website, so I assumed everything was UK sizing (since the model's size was listed in UK sizing). However, the size that I received turned out to be US sizing, which was much larger that what I had anticipated. Furthermore, the colour of the shirt on the picture was not accurate, what I received turned out much darker than what was shown. After this, I wanted to initiate a return, BUT, it turns out I can't return the item I bought. I feel that there needs to be better communication with the sizing, clearer guidelines for returns (the website clearly stated, "Free Return"), and more accurate depictions of the product.

Can women's clothing numbers also be international, s, m, L, etc.

I love your cloths but your shipping with DHL impacts ease of shopping with you. When it goes DHL it stops at the US boarder and gets picked up Canada Post. Neither of these company’s are quick or easy to deal with. With the two being used together it’s compounded. Canada post will not even attempt to deliver to my door. I’d pay more for shipping if it meant you would use a better courier.

Shipping was quite fast. Item was delivered before expected delivery date. However, upon opening the package, the price tag on the item was showing I paid almost 200$ more for it. Feel scammed.

Great site, unique designs / amazing products, fit is true to size, delivery to Canada is always fast. I have been a Superdry customer for years. Thank you for making your products available to everyone around the world.

The sizing is pretty bad. What else to write when I can not wear it? (The quality seems good, though). There is no size chart on the website. I liked the hoodies and ordered them in my usual size. Now returning one and another is not eligible for return or exchange. And I have to pay for the return shipping too. Bad experience.

So far I haven't received my package, so I am giving this a mixed review. My experience is not so bad, but I am not sure why their tracking system is not able to tell me where the package is located.

I email twice once to change the address they didn’t changed it secondly I email to let me know the tracking number as it shows incorrect. Very bad experience not gonna but again

I received my order recently and noticed that the sizes in the package don’t match my order, they are all oversized. Would like customer service to reach out and resolve this problem as why would it be fair that I’m responsible for the shipping cost to covering someone’s mistakes?

Mislabeling lead to a wrongly purchased size, company has yet to offer a complete exchange, company has failed to answer in a timely manner.
