Delay in Expediting
The previous order was damaged by the courier. The refund was generated quickly but inspire of request to expedite delivery, no such arrangements were made. Love the products though

Frustrated and extremely disappointed…
Frustrated and extremely disappointed with the sizing on the site. There is no size chart on the page where we ordered. We assumed that it was in UK size as below the image it says, "Model is wearing a UK size 10." We ordered an 8, only to receive a 12 for my daughter. Now it seems I have to return it AND pay for postage. Not happy.

Bad experience with the return, the Superdry is not recommended.
The jacket with a price of $200 came in the wrong size. The return cost me $100. I wouldn't recommend youse Superdry. Just buy on Amazon or in the store.
