Superdry is great quality with good prices. I got a cute Pj top...cant wait to wear it for Spring!

The lack of transparency around returning items. Free shipping to Canada from a warehouse in Canada, but the customer has to pay for a return to the US?!?!? And the box that the item was shipped in was far too big for the item. I am extremely upset that I had to pay to return this item. I won't be buying anything from Superdry again.

The measurements are not exactly American since I bought a 2XL which in American measurements should've been big enough for me. I returned the jacket over a month ago but never received a refund for it. Contacted their customer service two times already and they just ignore my emails. I would not recommend a company with these poor business practices like these guys.

i cancelled the order within 12-14 hours before it get dispatch no one respond yet and delivered at my home , try to reach them from last 14 days . now they are applying fee for return . worse experience

I order the jacket which cost 180dollar. The size i got was wrong and i wish to return it but superdry doesn’t cover return parcel cost . And it’s charging me more than 50dollars to send it back to them which is not worth. Now the jacket is useless because I don’t wanna spend that much money on sending return. This was really bad experience with them . It was my first and last time using their services.

I didn't receive my order. Superdry sent it via DHL and DHL gave it to another courier which is Apple express. They didn't deliver saying their driver couldn't locate my address as Superdry gave them half address and they are not reliable for anything. Asked me to contact Superdry and Superdry website has no contact number for Canada. Being such a renowned organization, Superdry should not be this careless about their customers.

I like the fit and quality of the product. You guys should invest in big showroom in Toronto.

The products of Superdry are a class apart. Every product has a unique style. The shopping experience online was very smooth and quick with every detail mentioned before purchase. This makes it easy for buyers to quickly choose and checkout without a second thought. Keep it up!

Quality of clothes, offers and the way delivery was handled were the best.

I order a jacket and want to cancel the order before ship, i tried contacting them on social media because there is no chat or email support system, they told me it's already processed, how can they processed in just couple of hours. later next day i got a email that it is just processed. disgusting because they have over 24hr time to cancel my order but they didn't.

With no store locations in Canada, it's very convenient to purchase Superdry merchandise online!

Very confusing sizes, and the worst part is as a Canadian customer, when the size I chosed was my normal size but it doesn't fit when it arrived, and I have to pay for return/exchange. U.S get free returns, but not Canadian. That's 1 of the reason that stop alot of Canadians from shopping on your site. So hopefully you as a company can improve that part.

If there's a way to be redirected to the Canadian website easier that would be nice.
Also accurate sizing on the page of the product. I had to open the website again, look at FAQ, look at sizing information instead of having that info readily available in the same page I'm shopping on

It was very slow to deal with my return, I checked that you had received my return on December 24th, I asked. On 28th, the customer service replied that they would reply tome by email in 7 days, which made me very disappointed. I was even worried that you wouldn't process my refund, and I had to pay for expensive shipping. My orderNumber: superdrycaen1505072.
