A warm welcome from the team here at The Courtyard Spa Birmingham, a stones throw away from the incredibly popular Bullring. We're delighted to offer high-end skin care products, bath & shower essentials, as well as home favourites from some of the UK's most popular brands. All orders are picked and packed by us and we're pleased to have built a relatively small customer base of over 30,000, which we're incredibly proud of. The Courtyard Spa began with a small warehouse and two mobile beauticians who shared a passion for delivering expert facial treatments, before evolving into a small and highly regarded independent retailer. With an upcoming move into a fixed clinical environment and expansion in our treatment offering, it represents the next stepping-stone on our own unique little journey. We hope you have time to explore our site or even better, book in for one of our wonderful treatments.

DO NOT order they are a rogue company…
I paid £27 for a hair product on 2nd December,2025 and I have never received it. I can't contact them at all via their supposed website or FB. I wouldn't give any star only I have to in order to proceed with this review
Item missing from my November order ,nobody responding
Reading the reviews now, I feel lucky that i got at least part of the order delivered in early December. One item didnt arrive and i got separate email that it was delivered, but it wasnt. Attached proof of delivery was the same as for first order. Ive written several emails but nobody is responding.
Likely scam
Still waiting for order 4+ weeks. No update and contact from company and my emails have now bounced back and looks like the website has gone down. AVOID this company as clearly it's a scam.
Order placed and no delivery or contact
Ordered a skincare set on the 3rd Dec said 4 days delivery still no item emails are being rejected saying the recipient has blocked certain emails website is now down so have no way of contacting them
Zero stars for these scammers
I'd give zero stars if this was an option. All I can say is I didn't receive what I'd ordered and when I tried emailing this company the email just bounced back. Then I noticed the website had been taken down in the month of December! What kind of business would do this unless it's a scam?
On the basis that I have no way of contacting this company, I have immediately disputed my credit card payment for this. It just goes to show, don't buy anything online unless you're using a credit card.
I am still waiting for my Molton Brown…
I am still waiting for my Molton Brown Order from beginning of December. The website has been taken down and there is no way to contact this company. Do not buy from them, I will be reporting them to BBC Watchdog as a scam.
Do not use this company
Do not use this company. I am having the same problems as mentioned in the previous reviews. Placed an order on 3rd Dec, not received it, DPD have not received it either. The courtyard spa seem to no longer exist or be able to be contacted! Their website is now down, email address doesn't exist so my emails have bounced back and their social media accounts do not exist.
I am awaiting an order made on the 1st…
I am awaiting an order made on the 1st of the month I had notification from DPD to say that they were expecting my order but that now has been removed I have tried to e mail the company but it says the site is down from maintenance Can anyone help
Absolute Scam!
As others have written, I have not received my order which cost £119! I emailed them which bounced back, used their contact form (before their website was taken down) & contacted them on social media. Eventually I could could see that my order was send by DPD and due to be delivered last Saturday and then on Friday night showed return to sender! Thank goodness I paid by Credit Card as they have now refunded me. Do not go near this company!

GOODS NOT ARRIVED, NO REPONSE TO MY EMAIL
I ordered 2 items separately on consecutive days on 27th and 28th November, neither have arrived and I can't seem to find any tracking info. It said they would be sent out via DPD express shipping, it's now 11th December! I have sent an email but had no response. I am pleased I paid on a credit card as I can then claim for a refund from my card provider - very disappointing though and also a worry.
I am waiting for an item.ordered from…
I am waiting for an item.ordered from this shop online. I have not heard from them at all after sending emails ,that bounce back to me,apart from that I Che cked the website ,and it looks like it does not exist.....
Zero stars if I could
Zero stars if I could. This looks like a scam website. Site is now down. Sell products and then shipped from China - probably poor products and you won't get a refund as it's too costly to send back. They use other sites with similar names and the legit sites get accused. I have had this happen to me before with clothing. Be careful who you buy from. Make sure they are legit and exist in the UK!
I wish I had found these reviews before…
I wish I had found these reviews before I placed order. Placed order on 1.12.25 and rec'd order confirmation. All looked good and genuine. A week gone by and no update regarding my order. Tried to email but email came back as not delivered address not found. Telephone number doesn't ring out. Then I came across trust pilot reviews. Spoke to bank. Have to wait 15 days since transaction date and then they will step in to investigate.
The website seemed genuine
The website seemed genuine. When you google to try and find the spa a courtyard spa does exist. When you came to trustpilot to see reviews it had reviews and enough of them that seemed fairly genuine. However while I had a order confirmation I then received no update. A week later I checked the site to reach out to them and found the site was down. It looked like perhaps it would down for service but when it wasnt back up a short while later I called the spa instead. I was initially worried when there was no reply however they reached out and called me back. They had no clue what I was talking about. This site is not associated to the spa.
Please do not order of this site
Please do not order of this site, they are pretending to be us a working Spa with a very similar name. The Spa @ The Courtyard Ltd in Buckinghamshire. We are not them!!! We do not sell any products, I am getting constant calls and email from people who think we are this company selling products. From the emails and calls, this is a scam site, no one is receiving any orders. I will be reporting.
I would give this company 0 stars if I…
I would give this company 0 stars if I could! I placed an order for eye cream but received face cream! I have emailed multiple times but had no reply just as the other bad reviews! No telephone number to contact them on seems very unprofessional and untrustworthy. Please don’t waste your money with these people!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
My mum placed an online order for some beauty products. Firstly, there was a delay with the delivery, but when she opened it up, it was missing a couple of items, even though they were checked-off on the delivery note. They admitted that they had no more stock, so they cancelled the order, but she is yet to receive a refund, or at least confirmation of a refund. My mum isn’t on Instagram, and as they have no telephone number, and weren’t replying to her emails, I sent them a DM. No reply. As I couldn’t DM again, I made a comment on one of their recent posts, and now, they’ve blocked me! Instead of this childish behaviour, how about dealing with the issue?! Do not order from this company!
Poor customer service
Happy to update this review but as things stand, placed order, wasn’t delivered by DPD and appears to be getting returned to the sender. I’ve emailed multiple times to customer services over the last 5 days and zero response. Prices excellent, but….
