Lovely Molton Brown shampoo set - delivery took a day or two longer than I expected, but the customer service was great, so I was very happy all round.

They're selling a good product at a reasonable price, and they're a small British business, so I want to support them. I'm very pleased with Rosalique, which is as good as people say.

I ordered a Molton Brown shower gel and a Black Pepper candle as a last-minute birthday gift, and they turned out to be an absolute winner! Both items arrived right on time (phew!) and made the birthday celebrations extra special. The shower gel smelled lovely and the candle looked lovely

I met this hand cream in my niece's house. After using it I just had to get some for my own home.
Delivery time was okay, product was well packaged and arrived safe and sound.
It is such a lovely hand cream in that it rubs in well and my hands feel as though they have been 'creamed' rather than 'oiled'. It isn't watery like so many others. It smells divine.
All round great hand cream for me.

I ordered from the Molton and Brown range as the price was great. The delivery was longer than originally stated however Amber communicated this to me and explained there was an issue so it really wasn't a problem. I ordered some further items and delivery was as promised. Will purchase from you again.

I ordered Molton brown products 2 weeks ago, they all arrived today well packaged. It's a pity they let themselves down for their customer service. They responded to one email and ignored the others I sent to them. I was beginning to worry I wouldn't receive my products. However, they arrived safely today. I would think twice before ordering from them again because customer service is bad.

My new go-to for ordering my skincare products! I use PCA Skin products which can be quite inaccessible and expensive, but ultimately nothing quite compared to this product range. Thankfully The Courtyard Spa stock a ton of their products & even cheaper than you can find them anywhere else! I had a great experience with their delivery as well, my products arrived faster than expected I believe I received them literally a day later. Will be a returning customer and highly recommend The Courtyard Spa.

My Molton brown handwash & shower gels arrived as expected. Love the firefy pink peppercorn scent & the eucalyptus. Makes my skin feel amazing. Great price
