Returning products is a nightmare. There is no way to check the return status and they don't respond via email.

You sent be brown instead of black jacket.

I didn’t receive my package which I ordered on November 23 and today is December 12, when I called DHL they said it wasn’t processed from the vendor just had a label only
I can’t reach out to customer service on the website

Online product information was detailed, order was straightforward and received shipment promptly. Note though, tracking information for CA journey is not available.

Best service ever.. i asked for yoir opinion on a size and 2 differents persons answer me back. The delivery was faster than what they said on the website. I had to do a return because of the size, and I had someone taking care of me too. i love your products
love the brand, the jacket (everest bomber) is a very good quality. (i bought more clothing pieces when i was in NewYork city.. love you guys! 🥰 i just wish we had a store in montreal, QC, Canada ☺️

Very slow delivery. I ordered lot of clothes from different brands and they were all delivered on time or before. But it’s been 9-10 days I am still waiting for stuff to be delivered.

Your shipment sucks!!! I don’t even have an option to call someone regarding my order package. For two days it kept showing on my tracking status undeliverable address, why nobody tried to contact me how to find my address??! S

The jacket looks great. My only concern is on the delivery. Can the carrier send a notification message or e mail when the parcel is already out for delivery? That way, we'll be notified. Parcel theft is rampant in our location and we do not want to lose something as expensive as this jacket. Thanks.

The taxes already inside the product price!

What I dislike about Superdry is that there is no free return shipping if we are in Canada. Also the shipping is pretty slow. Ordered on Nov.25 and expected delivery date is Dec. 12

I wish there was a contact phone number for customer service (Canadian website). I accidentally put the wrong postal code and immediately emailed to correct it. The live chat option was not working. No one ever responded my email. I ended up going on the American website and was able to use live chat but my order had already shipped.

Website is user friendly and ordering is very easy and simple. Love that the sales are a decent savings and more importantly getting free shipping. Second time I have ordered stuff online and will do so again. Shipping comes as indicated. Great company and website to order from !

I like Superdry Products very much, i buy it every time from the store when i was in India. Since i moved to Canada and couldn't find any stores, i try to shop online and Online purchase experience have been horrible. My size is M and ordered few tshirts all M. but some fits and some are small. I am trying to return the small fit ones and it says i have pay for the postage. I have never seen any big brands which lets customer pay for returning products. I could have exchanged it for a different size, but its not available. I am trying to contact customer service form their website, it says to chat use the link below and there are no links provided nor emails. Bad experience.

I was really excited to receive my orders today and then very quickly disappointed when I realized that my orders were not only customer returns, but were actually USED/WORN!

Immediately upon opening I noticed that the jackets I ordered looked off and did not look up to the Superdry quality that I am used to and then upon further inspection I found a pair of sunglasses in one of the jackets pockets.

How is this not noticed by your team when accepting returns and again when shipping merchandise to customers?!

Do you not inspect your merchandise upon receiving and before sending out merchandise?!

Since I cannot see and pick the products out myself, I trust that you are sending me new and good quality merchandise, not returned and used items - This is very disappointing and disgusting!

Please provide me with a pre-paid return shipping label so that I can return these jackets to you and please issue my refund.

The website is very easy to use and I have received good updates. I haven't received the product yet, but so far it has been great.
