Yes this is a total scam. I live in New York City. I went to >>> Directly to their offices there near Times Square about at 41st Street, no such place exists. That address does not exist. Business does not exist at all. How I found out their address, I do not remember. >>> as all these other reviews say stay away from this places >> a total scam. Yeah,,, I picked up on that and did not buy anything from them. As the the old axiom goes, >> if it sounds too good to be true >> it probably is. Signed, A resident of New York City where this fake company is!!?!?! Don't wanna send any notice to them of this review. Then they can use it to keep on scamming and improve their scam! Years ago I reported them to the Consumer Protection Agency, unfortunately I never heard back. I complained about another company in the past and they did get back to me. But not in this case. Incredible now that I'm reading these reviews for the first time, it just confirms what I found out quite a few years ago! Could have been 2018, or late 2019 I can't remember the exact year. Maybe late 2019?

Totally a scam website. Fortunately I paid through PayPal and eventually, after two months of no response from SuperDuperSales, I got my money back. Buyer beware!!!! I hope PayPal stops allowing authorizations to this org.

Same as other - ordered, updated paypal that they had shipped, sent bogus tracking number. Waited a month. No replies from the seller.
Requested resolution from paypal - they immediately refunded the money no questions asked.

Has the exact same web design and style as productscube.com.

Bought a computer on September 15, 2020. I too received the email that it had shipped. They had a NYC address so I thought they were American and legit. They are scammers!!! I am waiting for Pay Pal to refund my money. This site should be shut down. Pay Pal should atleast stop allowing them to do business through them.

Just like they all say no response. no help. nothing from them. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT order from this site.

Do NOT purchase from this website! They take your money and so not send you the merchandise! They state it’s “Shipped” but there is no tracking number and they do not respond to customer service email and a phone number is nonexistent!

SCAM, takes money and never sends or responds to emails. Thank Goodness for PayPal

Ordered laptop and paid $1299.99 through PayPal. Next day , received confirmation of payment and shipment. Fedex shipment tracking number proved to be a fake number. Delivery was promised in 7-10 working days. Item never arrived. Contacted vendor by email and message but received no response. No telephone number provided by vendor. Scam artists who should be shut down by the BBB. Now am trying to get refund from PayPal 😢

I too ordered a computer which promised a tracking number at time of purchase. Three days latter I received info my computer had shipped. It said 10 business days and i would receive it. 2 days after it was to arrive no computer and no more correspondence. Trying to get refund from paypal.

The Good: They do respond to messages sent through their website's interface.
The Bad: Responding promptly is of zero help if they never do what they say.
* merchandise originally to arrive May 23
* then a commitment of "Friday" (would have been June 5th)
* then a promise to send "another package" this time with a tracking number.
* asked for tracking number
* finally asked that they tell me when they expected to ship
* SuperDuperSales apparently had no idea when the might ship because their reply was to CANCEL THE ORDER

They canceled an order that they assured me three times was "in transit", "shipped through a forwarder" or would "arrive Friday"

So the day before the credit card payment was due I disputed the PayPal charges. PayPal's Guarantee was no help at all. I received one Artificial Intelligence response that 'it looks OK to us.' And once they cancel the Dispute you can't dispute their findings. And their call centers are closed (COVID-19)

I promised I would post again.

My order (iPad Mini) hasn't arrived yet. The order confirmation message from SuperDuperSales said to expect delivery in 7-10 working days. I messaged SuperDuperSales after 14 working days.
The GOOD NEWS is that once again they answered the same day.
They now say to expect delivery at 19-20 working days (not sure how to count Memorial Day.)
So the interval will be twice what was promised initially.
I need to note in fairness that it is 2020 and in the midst of the Coronavirus Pandemic which could easily delay the shipping interval (I suspect this is coming to me from Asia.)

Stay away from this website! It’s a Scam! Ordered a laptop from them but never arrived. They sent an email that it’s shipped but no tracking number. I emailed them, asking when my product will arrive but no response. Their website claimed they base in New York, but they’re actually scammers from China. The lesson learned to check the reviews about the site first before ordering anything.

Just like others, I ordered a laptop. Should have known to good a price to be true. I have emailed them 3 times with no answer. Got the "Order has Shipped" email, but no tracking info. Only way to contact them is email, but what good is that if they don't respond. I notified them on last email that if I did not hear from them within 2 days I would contact Pay Pal and cancel order. Guess what, 3 days have now passed and I am going to contact Pay Pal. Stay away from this shady business.

Ordered a computer, 6 days later I got an eMail that it has shipped but no tracking number assigned. Repeated attempts to communicate with them via their online chat and eMail had no response.

Do not use this company.

How can this site have two 1 star reviews and get 3 stars in the header is beyond me !

I ordered a laptop from them and they did not deliver. Company is based in China not in New York City as website claims. After multiple attempts to check on shipping status to find out when my laptop arrived, they sent me the wrong shipping information for a unit shipped to Pakistan. I tried to cancel my order & get a refund for breach of sale. No luck. Thankfully I had paid via PayPal and was able to get my money back once PayPal stepped in. Do not order from this website. It is a shaddy business.
