Fantastic service from the beginning. Sandra talked me through the whole process. Igor (driver) turned up early and was super helpful with loading directions. 5 stars grom start to finish!

I have been taken advantage of
- Ambiguous and misleading charges and fees
- Lack of communication and care
- Deduction of payment without authorisation

Purely unfortunate a company can have such poor practices.

I do not often leave reviews but it is necessary to prevent further victims.

They sure do live up to their name, making storage super easy for me!! From my first chat with Michelle on the phone I could tell I was in good hands as she walked me through the process from booking to helping me choose the right storage for my purposes, arranging an on-site quote with Rafael who did a thorough & honest assessment of my belongings & how it would fit in the storage pod. And they price-matched as well keeping me informed every step of the way! I can relax knowing my things will be safely picked up & stored for me this Thursday. I look forward to writing another review then on that experience!

Highly recommended, super nice driver, great service and everything went as planned

On the whole I was happy with the service. Initially I had a small storage pod and all the packing was good. A year later I added a few items and they 'fitted them in'. I had my storage delivered today. Most of it was good but a decorative edging on a bookshelf got broken, a drawer lost a handle (broken) and a drawer corner was broken off. These last 2 breakages were on what I had added so maybe I wouldnt recommend adding after the initial pack. All else was in excellent condition after 2 years in storage. The Guys have all been polite, efficient and accomodating. A credit to their company. The reason for the 4 stars.

Great communication, competitive pricing

Booking was for 1200-1700 so expected to wait all day:-) but the boys showed up half an hour into booked time. I was worried if everything will fit in the container but the guys knew very well what they were doing and carefully managed to fit all items in... Although I was booking bit in a last minute the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommend the service, very convenient...

Last minute availability which made a stressful situation so easy

I can breathe again I was totally cluttered with too much and a deadline was pushed up to have my apartment painted this coming Monday /Tuesday.
Left with little time and also needing help loading and as soon as I called I spoke with Michelle it wasn’t a problem and so easy so quick and accommodating. One call and I am already sighing with relief. I am happy with prices as they are manageable as I am not rich. Thanks again for your help, I would recommend you to my friends/ family. Extremely helpful sales staff. They help me organise my storage in no time and were extremely efficient. The rates were competitive and lower than the market peers as well.
