Very good experience with Superfi. Delivery was quick and easy. Bought a turntable not used yet as it’s a Christmas gift for my son but I will definitely be using Superfi again.

This was available approx. 21% cheaper than elsewhere..
Product arrived in immaculate condition, and delivered very promptly.
I was kept abreast of the postage throughout.

Great item at a good price but....
Great item at a good price.
But......
I thought I was getting next day delivery, turned up 3 weeks later.
I had to ring to try and find out what was going on.
1st 2 times I was told its on back order, but given no clear idea as to when I might get it.
On the 3rd occasion the (helpful) person I spoke to couldn't find my details at 1st, but after digging he did find my order.
Guess what the item arrived next day.
Maybe a coincidence?
Could do better with helping customers track their order.

I ordered pioneer amplifier paid and selected next day delivery, i waited did not receive the order I email the company was told its going to take one month or more to get the order, the company had no curtesy to write and tell me that if only I had not got intouch. I was recommended by a friend but will never use this company, such a disappointment..
