Ordered some Italian wines - about 7 business days delivery to Athens Greece via DHL which is nice. Good package - everything seems fine. Reasonable prices too - I will buy again.

The Young Lady, that I spoke with today, Ms Sheila Blanche, was very thorough and very thoughtful in researching the past problems that I have been enduring in attempting to seek a resolution to the current and past problems that I have been having in seeking processing of a previous partial order that I had received. She was extreme courteous and very professional in researching the information that was needed to try to resolve this issue. I would "Love" and thoroughly enjoy speaking with this young lady each and every time that I should need to call. Keep up the good work, no not good but Great work in the future in helping customers resolve issues with the product or company!

Simply excellent. A wide range of wines. I purchased 4 bottles from a really small producer in Alto Adige, hard to buy on the winemaker website, impossible to find on Italian online shops. Really impressed about the quick and safe shipment. Absolutely recommended. Brilliant!

I had great experience with Superiore.de team, although there have been lot of problems with delivery. I oredered 15 bottles, which have been divided into two packages and one of them was being late a lot. Nevertheless, the support and communication from Superiore team was all the time quick and reliable, which left me with no concerns about my order. Not to mention that one of the bottles was missing (obviously broken during transport) - that was also solved without problems from Superiore. Professionalism at highest level!

Fantastic - stock the BEST fizzy in the world. I was useless and had two separate addresses listed - so they emailed straight away and clarified. And sent the oder which arrived just a few days later- quicker than half the UK orgs I order from. BRILLIANT

I like superiore.de: I've used them a few times over the years and always found incredible how it is considerably cheaper to order from them in Germany and have wine delivered to the UK than to buy from ANY shop in London or UK-based website.

Their catalogue is rich and interesting, and I've discovered more than one gem, also helped by their very good listings and the very complete coverage of ratings by all major evaluators.

The main gripe with the website is that they funnily insist in having it just in German, although the issue is minimal with today's good support for instant translation by browsers such as Chrome. Emails don't get auto-translated, though: FFS get a translator and internationalise your site!
