Very disappointing experience with Superlec Direct. I placed an order with them and when my parcel arrived, I found that 2 boxes of WAGO 2773-402 connectors were missing. I emailed them immediately on 25 September regarding the missing items, but I still haven’t received any proper response or resolution. I also tried contacting them by phone, but I was left waiting for around one hour without getting any response. Mistakes can happen with orders, but the way the missing items have been handled is very disappointing. I expected much better customer service and communication. I would not recommend ordering from them based on my experience.
