Ordered a pedale on June 7, 2023. I have written for several times to superlight-bikeparts.de to ask about the order and refund. They don't reply to emails. I still have not received my order or refund.
I have plain been robbed out of 2hundred euros.

It is hard to read and understand some of those mediocre reviews. My experience with this company is just the opposite. I dealt with Udo Wiedemeier and he was most friendly, knowledgeable and correct. I received a confirmation within a day after ordering my Veltec wheelset and was kept up to date about the delivery which was exactly within the time stated. The wheel were packaged carefully and the build quality is superb. If you are disappointed, then communicate but don’t take to the internet to burn a company down. In other words, don’t always believe these extremely bad reviews!

Ordered a set of hubs 14 months ago that were supposed to be delivered within a few weeks. After many promises that it would be any day now, I still have not seen nor hubs nor my refund that I've asked for several times. By now they don't reply to emails any more and I have the impression they don't even want to pick the phone if they see my number.
Avoid at all costs, I have just plain been robbed out of a few hundred euros.

Some delay due to COVID19 situation, cleared in the end. Happy to be able to locate this Tune hub in this shop, they are not made anymore.

Briefly:
Wrong item delivered much later than stated
Extremely poor communication.
More deeply: I called the customer service before order to verify delivery date and product. They confirmed, then a week later then agreed they sent partial delivery with a different product. Another 2 weeks later they sent the second part, also different product than ordered. For several mails I received only one incomplete answer, I had to call them 7 times concerning the order, now they are not answering the phone neither mails to correct the mistake. I would not recommend by those above.

I would like to share a very good opinion for the Superlight Bikeparts store.I reported to them asking you to do for me to bike wheel bike course as the lightest.I was pleasantly surprised by the quick response and professional advice on the wheels.Today, I am the first rides on new wheels, and I can safely say that they are super, super spin up.thank you so much for the super service and quick execution of the wheels in great quality. I can confidently recommend this store.

Warning. Ordered a set of tires, paid in advance. After more than two weeks still no tires and no response from them. I hope I finally will get my tires but will strongly advice others to find their parts elsewhere.

I returned goods because they did not present as described or shown in their website images.To this day I have not received a full refund from this merchant for the returned items. My advise - stay away from them. There is nil communication since. I am still in the process of taking legal action for theft of my money.

ordered a ceramic speed bracket, delivery time 5 days. After more than a week and several email still no reaction and order

I bought last year a set of Reynolds Aero 58 Tubular with a breaking price. Shipping was done fast but I discovered that brake pads included were not the blue ones recommended by Reynolds. I contacted the store and they immediately apoloogized and send me a brand new set of Cryo Blue Power. Now I am considering a new set of handmade CX wheels and this store will be again one of the preferred options.

I thought I would give them a try even though people rated them badly.

Kept informed and updated on my order and dispatch, my order came in 2 deliveries, some parts had to be ordered.

Delivery was fairly fast and dispatch was pretty decent.

I would shop again for those hard to find light parts, currently in the process of making a list right now.
