Having made 2 orders with them, I will avoid them in the future. Both orders did not go well. The shoppers arrive well outside of the selected hours. Many products were missing from the orders, including the ones that were marked as 'purchased'. One of the products I ordered and was charged over €30 for (for over 1.3 kg) has instead arrived in a package of less then 200 gr worth just €3. Many other products have arrived in a significantly smaller quantity then what I have ordered both times. Having recalculated the prices for what was actually brought in today, this time I was overcharged almost €50, and had to waste a lot of my time writing a complaint to their customer service.
I wasn't too sure about ordering after the reviews but I am surprised. The order went well, the shopper Nadia ( Sanremo area) was great, she was on time, was wearing a mask (I appreciated it!) and was super nice and helpful (delivered to the door). A the time of the order I ticked the option "don't replace unavailble items" and I haven't been charged for those, which is good. I am truly pleased with the service.
I ordered from Interspar (rubano) Padova , and the shopping was late , items missing that I have paid for and received items which are not even mine.

I was charged more than the actual prices that was delivered to me and when I asked them for clarifications i was met with the answer (we are sorry but this is just how we work at S24), okay great, I hope everyone can read that here.
And I have pictures and evidence for what i was charged for VS what was delivered.
I placed an order and it was cancelled as product wasn't available, but refund never get to my bank account.
