Unclear information and stealing
If you change your money, do not do this with this company. They do not change the total value, but the kind of type of banknotes.
There is no information on their website nor at the location(s) that they change money by banknote.
My issue is as follows: I have USD202 of 5, 2 and 1 Dollar notes. When changing the money they separate each banknote and I get a lower exchange rate. In that way they only change a total of USD 101. That is a way of scamming (not mentioning they change by note) and stealing 50% of my money.
Next time I am taking the money back to The Netherlands and change there the money. They have extra costs, but they change the whole value and not the banknotes which have different rates.
