they are simply cheaters, dont ever book anything with this web based agent, you will waste alot of money if you once book with their website, be aware and stay away

Booked flights with KLM via this travel agent. Paid £385. Flights were cancelled by KLM due to Covid. Eventually Supersaver Travel refunded me £281having deducted "ancillary charges, handling fee, cancellation insurance charge" and some other services that I had not asked for and was never informed about when I booked. So they took 26% of the total paid to cover their "costs". Useless when I asked them to refund these charges, they just kept saying these were non-refundable. DO NOT USE THIS TRAVEL AGENT. Shameful!

This is just a sad sad company, it´s not possible to give them any lower rating then a 1 star, sad as well cuz they surely deserve it :( , we have been waiting for our refund for 9 months!!!

This company is just the worst! Do not use if you want decent service or any kind of customer service! I paid for flights to the US and due to the pandemic we had to cancel. This company is refusing to process our refund with Lufthansa even though I have written confirmation we are due a full refund. They are just simply terrible and just keep spouting the same nonsense every time I try and contact them. Asian call centre who don’t want to do any work and just fob you off with standard lines every time. Pay the extra and book with a reputable company!!!

After several atempts to recover my money for a cancelled flight, 10 months later I am still waiting. It's almost impossible to reach their customer service and then, when you finally contact them, they lie and lie and continue lying to you.
I got emails from them saying that I will soon get my money back in November 2020.

Then I called them in January 2021 and they said that they lied to me (when I asked them) because the airline also lied to them about the money (although they could have checked if they either got or didn't got the money) and that I will get the money (which they received back from the airline just the day before I called - what a coincidence, right?) in 3-5 days.

I called them again 15 days later and they said that I will get the money in 2-5 days.

After another 2 weeks I still haven't got my money. I called them again and was told that I will be contacted. I asked for their reply in written and I didn't get it.

Biggest bunch of liars I have ever met. And I don't understant how their employees, even those replying on trustpilot, are ok with making a living out of lying. Aren't there any better jobs on the face of the earth?

Will never again in my life use their services.

Booked a fight 24 sept 2020 it was cancel 25 sept 2020 £425 18 weeks later got back £334 what a scam now don’t answer the phone our email tell me y I only got £90 pounds less

This is a scam company. I paid for their cancellation guarantee (which was £40 per person) which clearly states I can cancel for any reason. I've been trying for three days to cancel my booking, but customer support keeps telling me it's only possible to cancel for covid. Then why the hell does your website say "for any reason" and why do I have to pay for it?

I bought a flight ticket for EUR 61 via Supersavertravel but the flight got canceled due to Covid19.
They said they would start the legal process to get a refund which was nice that I did not have to initiate the process myself.
Eventually, I got back only EUR 12 of the total price. It's daylight robbery, I think.
Of course, their customer service is a piece of crap to put it delicately, you cannot even message them on Facebook.

Not trustable, they keep reversing (refunding) the payment because they dont want to honour the price.

This company is a pure scam, they have opened many companies with the same name such SUPERSAVER, MYTRIP, FLIGHTNETWORK, TRAVEL2BE.

Guess where they call center is located? India!

Very bad, basically just a massive scam. No refund, no response, no help. Worst company EVER

Disgusting service flights order number L3NV9Y cancelled in June still no refund all I get from them is excuses and they will make my refund a priority and still nothing they have the money from the airline as I’ve contacted Lufthansa and I have told them this I want the refund of £2,000 ASAP

Supersavertravel cancelled our trip to Dubai due to Corona. Received several info-mails from Norwegian that we were eligible for a refund.

After speaking to both Norwegian and Supersavertravel several times, Supersavertravel does NOT pay out our refund. They are also impossible to reach, and have outsourced their customer service to India.

No one has contacted me from supersavertravel UK. Varun from Delhi India customer services categorically stated that I would be sent an e mail within 24 hours. All I can say from my experience is they talk the talk but not walk the walk. Absolute disgrace in the way this company is serving customers who have already paid upfront and nothing is being done. The passengers tickets are to come to UK on the 23rd of July. Total failure from supersaver travel. If anyone is reading my experience I request sincerely not to touch this company.

My flight was cancelled by the airline because of the pandemic and I was advised to contact the travel agency. Twice I waited more than an hour in the telephone queue, after which they disconnected. The third time I was offered to rebook my return trip to a single journey, and pay an extra £400. This didn't sound right, and looking on their own website I found a new return trip for £500. Looking at the other reviews here they Supersavertravel suggests using email - the address is very hard to find but when I tried to do that I just got a reply telling me to call them instead.

They have been very helpful in the past, but that was when customer service was in Sweden and not an Indian call centre. I understand that they are overwhelmed right now but why do they hang up, give wrong advice and not use email?

We have purchased a ticket from this company, firstly they did not have any explanation for cancellation policy on the ticket! when i called them on their support number after 45 min waiting on the call i gave up. then i wrote an email to them which they have asked to be done through their own website which i did, i received a confirmation with a ticket number saying they will response within 2 days and now it has been a week and not heard anything!! I would not trust these guys at all since they hide behind their name and their after sale service is well below an industry standard.
