Still waiting on refund
I accidentally ordered the wrong item, and the website clearly advertises free returns for Belgium. However, my package arrived without a return label. I took the company a full month to send me the correct return label. I immediately returned the goods but i'm still waiting for a refund.
Update (8 weeks later): Returned the package 7 weeks ago. Still waiting for my refund. This is simply a fraudulent company. If I do not receive a refund, I will be compelled to leave public reviews on ALL MAJOR PLATFORMS reflecting my experience. At this point, it's not just about the money—it's about the principle and how this situation has been handled.

Pessimi, very bad
Worst customer service ever. Never, ever answer the phone. Barely reply to email and always with an attitude. Higher prices and smaller portion than any competitor, fake sales where they claim 60% on everything and only 1 product is at 60%, everything else is barely at 10%. They clearly think to be "SuperSmart", but they really ain't.

Been looking for Noopept for a while now, and as an owner of an e-commerce business, I was impressed by the simplicity of SuperSmart's webstore. Glad I connected with their CX Team to see if they ship to Bulgaria (thanks Giovanni!), as many companies don't - can't blame these either.
My shipment was promptly processed via FedEx, and although I'm yet to receive it, I'm happy SuperSmart opted for them instead of the postal network, which almost always delays shipments bound to EE.
Anyway, SuperSmart offers an incredible roster of hard-to-find supplements. Go for it!

Do not trust this company! Their products are worthless and if you try to leave a respectful, yet accurate review on their products on amazon they will have it taken down! Is company takes advantage of sick people desperate for help by making supplements that don’t actually help, cost way to much and then silence anyone who speaks put against them. Should be nil score. They claim to be the UK partner agency for Van Ten a Chinese Company with whom I have requested a return of a wrongly delivered item . As their bot system prevents this I have phoned SSS Ltd 6 times over the last week. Each time I am put through to ‘reception’ where an automated voice asks you five times to wait to be put through to one of their agents. Then it says they are all busy so leave a message for them to phone back. On each occasion having waited in for a call each day,no one phones. Hence they are extremely inefficient or more likely a scam.
