Keep your card details on file without asking
Really bad customer service - called to take payment ans took my card details. called 8 days later and stated that the payment hadn't gone through. turns out they keep your card details on file and take the payment 7 days later or my case 8 days later. as with all insurance companies premiums go up each year but the 20% increase is extortionate even by insurance company standards. All the customer service person would say is seven days, seven days. Rather snotty and said if I didn't want to renew she would leave it with me leaving me uninsured as they called after the insurance had expired to renew due to not taking the payment when I called but tried to take payment 8 days later and of course it failed as I thought the funds had already gone out.
