First they cancelled and refunded two thirds of my order without even emailing me to let me know they were doing that, let alone telling me why they were doing that.

Then the one third of the items that did arrive had a use by date of less than a week, for a jar of pasta source.

When I contacted them, they claimed they:

"The stock for these is ordered directly from the supplier on each order, and this is what we have been sent and then forwarded to you"

Which would mean they order single items from their suppliers for each order, rather than buying in batches, which is how most businesses would operate to maximize profit.

Obviously this is a lie, they bought a batch, it hasn't sold as well as they'd like and their use by dates are running out. Hence them offloading this product with a use by date that is totally unreasonable. If I had missed that delivery, then I might not have gotten it rearranged to be delivered again before it'd gone off.

Avoid buying from this company, they don't care about standards, and they will happily lie to you.

I placed a order on behalf of my partner, the delivery company had left my parcel outside as I wasn't in, no emails from them saying it was coming or anything otherwise Id of been in tracking it! I contacted these and they were very attentive with all emails to an back between us and sorted us a replacement straight away. This morning it was successfully delivered as they had sent me tracking information an told me it would arrive today. Luckily you had as no emails again from them. Thanks very much for the great service and for sorting this. We'll order again very soon! 5*****s

Awful, delivery never arrived after 7 days. Chased it and the address was incorrect even though it was entered correctly on the email confirmation. Part the order missing and still waiting. Had to chase myself and dial and 0844 number and my email still hasnt been answered. Do not recommend, wont use again.

Facebook complaint just brushed off.

Gives a bad name to retail. Dont bother use someone that actually cares about customer service.

Been using supplement centre for a few years now .ordering nearly every month or so,On whey protein. Never had a problem with them great company highly recommend them 💪👍

I seem to attract the same delivery issues. Still waiting for my order, poor contact and response from this online company. I will not use them again, I have since informed them that I am cancelling my order, but still no response. Shame on them.
