Great savings

Excellent company to order from! My friends and I all order from here and saves us a lot of money. Not sure what all the hate is because we have never had any issues. Thumbs up

Horrible customer service

I have dealt with supplements Canada multiple times, as there are very few companies that ship North (Nunavut, Canada). First time I ordered my order went back to the warehouse because there was additional shipping charges but no one contacted me. Second time I received someone else's order and they were pretty good that time around. But now again I am required to pay additional charges where I live, which is fine I get it.
Over 6 phone calls and voice messages over a week without a reply as well as multiple emails without a reply you think someone would speak with you. At first I have been trying to pay the extra charge but now I would like to totally cancel my order as they are just bad. I actually wanted to put less then a star but I am unable too. I have recently dealt with Transparent Labs and the customer service is great. They reply by email almost right away, even in the evening. This will be my last time dealing with supplements Canada.

100% Satisfaction

Great prices and next day delivery!! Everything came in tact and correct. Will for sure be buying more supplements from them and recommending them. Thanks I am very impressed!

Bad product.

Bought a container of BCAA that had I vile smell when I opened the package. It smells so bad I had to dump it in the waste. Customer Service is non-existent. All I wanted was a credit.

TRY OTHER SUPPLIERS. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

ZERO STAR-poor customer service

Please never deal with them. I had two experiences with them,and both time they gave me wrong information and products.They wasted my money and time. There are lots of better stores out there.

No Customer Service

I've had great success with products from this company before but the recent order has become a catastrophe when trying to reach customer service. It's non existent! I'm sure the people behind this are great but this is not the service I expected behind the products they push. Sorry, let me correct what I just said - I expected service for the products they push. I've yet to receive my shipment and its been about a month. Still can't reach them phone or email. Don't expect anymore business after this ordeal is over.

Great retailer

Free shipping, ordered multiple times from them with no issues. They even gave me personalized thank you card, very quick shipping 2 days from Edmonton to niagra ontario. Will continue to shop with them.

False Advertisement

The advertised 836 grams of Vega pre-work (no sugar), instead they shipped 136 grams. Them emailed back same day saying they check with IT and my receipt and it isn't their mistake. But my wife and I looked at it and compared to other sites the price and size, and found that they did advertise 836 grams for a good prize. They also, did not ship samples even thou I paid over $100.

Supplements Canada failed to deliver product ordered despite multiple follow-ups over 5 weeks

My order was delivered missing an item. I contacted SupplementsCanada immediately and received a response from 'Tanner' apologizing and promising to rectify. Two follow-up emails and five weeks later, NOTHING. No response, no delivery. Fed up with disgraceful customer service, I filed a BBB complaint and joined this site to warn other consumers.

Complete Terrible Customer Service

Goodluck trying to get into contact with them via email or phone, good luck trying to cancel any orders as they will keep your money and ship even days after you try to contact them and cancel your order and never respond, never going to order from these guys again, best to just go to your local supplements shop and grab your stuff

Don't believe the haters

Not a lot of reviews about the site, but they seem to be the supplier for Popeye's as they carry a lot of Popeye's Merch. I had a great experience, and I think people tend to moan and complain about the one bad experience. I ordered a load of supplements from these guys. Last order, placed early Monday morning at like 1 am or something crazy. Package was at my door Tuesday afternoon, everything 100% correct. Don't hesitate in using these guys, ignore the other reviews, its the 1% that complain about everything. I don't usually write reviews, but the other reviews don't do these guys justice.

Terrible Customer Service

Ordered over 3 weeks ago, still hasn't shipped and I have no idea what has happened. Numerous phone calls and e-mails unanswered, no way of getting in contact with them. Considering calling Visa and cancelling my order. Avoid the headache and go to your local supplement store. Won't be buying from them again.
