Ordered unprinted workwear for myself. The purchase was large enough for free postage.

Everything arrived well packaged and in good condition, and the postage was superb, in my case they used a 24 hour courier. There was a small delay of about 3 working days for the specific colours I wanted to be available.

Would use again without hesitation.

I bought a jacket that was described as 100 percent rainproof. It turned out, however, that after a half-hour walk in light rain, the jacket began to leak. The company completely ignored my email on this matter. Money down the drain

constantly out of stock whenever i order its like they just dont update stock levels on theyre website ever 3 times now stuff is out stock wont be back

Should have followed my instincts when I asked the dozy sounding young woman if “ the safety shoes had a cushioned sole “ to which she replied with , on 3 separate occasions, “ they’re waterproof “ - ie no clue and wouldn’t check/ admit it. Ordered anyway : tried them on and off on my carpeted floor for a little while and decided just too big so returned in ‘ as sent condition after checking them first. ‘. I sent note telling them why hadn’t bought + ultimately they decided they “ were damaged and couldn’t possibly resell them “ - which was blatantly untrue. They probably cost them c £20 wholesale and now I’m exposing their ineptness publicly. Genius thinking on their part ! 🙄.
Ps bought 10.5 size that these don’t offer from a very friendly efficient supplier.

We ordered some embroidered clothing including one embroidered hoody and one hoody that was not embroidered. We specifically asked for it to be plain. The order was acknowledged. When it arrived, they had embroidered both. We emailed them immediately and asked if the plain hoody could be sent out as the order the incorrect. The reply was that a new starter had messed up the order and that we would have to pay again for another hoody and delivery. When asking on the phone about this, a male (didn't catch his name) was abusive, rude, said that the order wasn't even in plain english, (happy to send anyone a copy of the email as evidence of it being plain english) and hung up. Awful customer service and and definitely would not recommend any one buy from these. It appears from other reviews too that if something is slightly wrong, they act in this manner. A shame really, because once we find a supplier that is okay, we don't bother shopping around. Really unimpressed and will be passing this to our solicitors as they have not fulfilled our order.

Scum and cheats do not buy from these toilet scum of a company. They sent me a wrong order and after showing them proof with invoice emailed when I place my order they blamed me. How can you blame me when my invoice clearly shows what I ordered but they sent the wrong item. The guy was rude on the phone and the girl thinks she's smart "OUR SYSTEM WONT SHOW OUT OF STOCK ITEMS ON OUR WEBSITE LIKE OTHER COMPANIES" I laughed so loud. They refused to cover return postage. I have taken it up with PayPal. Pay the extra and buy elsewhere.
