The company failed to tell me anything about the change of company or the new contact number. I have been with Support.com for a long time and I found that this change was very confusing. I should have been given better information regarding the change. All I was told was the price increase which is hard on me being on social security and 78 years old. I hope you feel that you can send me future information faster to avoid the confusions I have had. I almost quit the company because I didn't recognize the new company and thought it was a scam.
