I have hardly ever taken the time out to write a review but on this occasion, I feel like it a must.
I’ve worked a lot of jobs over the years & it’s very rare you get a manager who genuinely cares for your well being whilst also maintaining pure professionalism. Since day one, Jordan has been nothing but helpful with getting me through the process to work & even after finding work, he’s ensuring that things are running smoothly. I could be here writing an essay for only what would be considered a short period of time since I joined but I cannot end this review without giving Jordan his flowers. I strongly believe Jordan is a major asset to the company & I’m sure he’ll have much more to contribute.

Had few occurrences where i consulted Supreme Recruitment. Jordan has been really helpful and always catered to my requests. Professional and friendly attitude and always communicates upfront. Top Agency!!

The agency did not provide Terms of Business, having sent me an applicant for interview. The representative was slow to reply and I had to contact the applicant directly regarding the offer and start date, and I also had to seek a second reference which the representative failed to provide. She did nothing apart from set up an interview time. After the employee started I received an invoice for over £2k, despite having not been provided the Terms of Business. The representative admitted she had failed to provide these due to personal circumstances. I explained I wouldn't pay on the basis of not seeing the Terms and hence not signing them and offered a good will gesture for a few hours' work. I then received a reply from someone else in the company (James Peters) calling me "abhorrent" (the definition of which includes "causing or deserving strong dislike or hatred: despicable: loathsome: horrifying")", and demanding the money within 2 days. The tone of his email, the name calling and CC'ing me in to his invoicing team, was unecessary given that this was the company's employee's error, not mine.

Worked for this Agency was told a payrate for a job for in the London Borough Of Hounslow Highways. When I got my payslip it was less money that I was told contacted the Agency and they said they would sort it out. This never happened. I still haven't recieved my P45 now paying emergency tax it's been 3 weeks won't reply to emails or messages.

I worked a temporary assignment for this agency. During which I'd pre booked an interview for a career job. I was fortunate enough to get that job and with all honesty and integrity that I have, advised the agency the following day.
I advised my start date and said I'd be more than happy to cover them until that date. I understand given the nature of agency work that isn't necessary but I act with honesty and integrity at all times.
As I was getting ready for work this morning, I had a text message advising me someone else had been found and to not go in.
Pretty livid about this to be honest simply because is it really acceptable you tell someone one hour before not to go to work? Agency work or not and two, if someone else had been found over the weekend which it is safe to assume, why not tell the other person over the weekend also so if they need to take some work for the following week they can.
Absolutely shocking, disrespectful and unprofessional and I do NOT recommend.
Agency workers sadly are treated by some agency like rubbish and Supreme, sadly, is one of those.
