Won't allow withdrawal addresses to be added, no support at all

If I could give a 0, I would. Any withdrawal address I enter for Riecoin is rejected as invalid. All support tickets get rejected, saying it was not delivered, try again later. Tried to contact them via their Twitter/X account, there hasn't been a post in years and messaging them is not allowed. How can one withdraw their earnings if one can't add the withdrawal address? Don't waste your time or mining power on this one.
