Different every time!
Different every time!! During the past 5 years, I have ordered bikinis at Surania. This was the last time. Ordering at Surania is like playing at a casino - you never know, what you get! You might be lucky and get what you ordered with the special requests, that you placed with the order, or you might be lucky to get good service with free of charge replacement, if you requests is not met in an order - but more and more often, you do not get, what you request and the possibility to show or write you special request in orderes is getting more and more limited the past years. If you want to take the chance and place an order at Surania after all, make sure that you have a spanish dictionary and a LOT of patience - the Surania website has never worked properly and the “translation” possibility only works untill you enter a new site or press OK. Contacting Surania when not receiving the order, that you requested (with wrong messurements or color) is also like a lottery: Sometimes you get an answer to you email in understandable English, but most of the time you can wait ages for an unpolite answer asking for all kinds of information, that only Surania themselves have acces to. Apart from all of this the bikinis are too expensive and the delivery time of often several months is a joke! Don’t buy at Surania - you will be dissapointed. Pia from Denmark
