Excellent work done by Adam & Laura, Results are amazing thank you!

Booked for 9.30am moved to 10.30am then told running 1 to 2 hours late which was fine but at 5pm still no one arrived and no reply to messages or answer on the phone. I lost work due to this where a little communication could have sorted this out and avoided this review as understand these things happen but if I knew I could have made alternative arrangements. It ruined my day, messed my customers around and cost me money. Very disappointed first time was 3 hours late also so defo will not be using again.
