I’ve been working here for about two years now and it’s been a solid experience overall. The team are supportive, management are approachable, and you’re given the help you need without being micromanaged. There’s good training in place and clear expectations, which makes a big difference in recruitment.

Pathetic company tbh just liars posted the same job in multiple cities multiple adverts call them and they say we will get someone to call you back never appens time wasting clowns cant run a bath let alone a business

I realised until I faced the same trauma(Problem) I saw in the beginning reviews and ignored it until next day I found in my permanent company a guy wearing logo of Surecall I enquired about Surecall agency he said very good agency next day I went for induction for lanes group under Thames water(tanker) I got another colleague who used to work in regular company but he was under agency (I was permanent) though my instinct said not to join Surecall money attraction made me to resign from permanent position into fake position.as I was ready to start work from scratch they started to cancel shift. Now I realise money is not the solution take decisions wisely. Avoid this Agency 2/9/2024😢

The worst agency I have dealt with, I was dealing with some guy called Dean who asked me to come on 11th August at 11am to which Arrived 10 minutes before my time, 11am Dean is no where to be seen, 11:15 again Dean is no where to be seen around 11:30 Dean than appears out of no where stating "I was fixing the coffee machine" what a joke, Dean u give me a time to arrive I was there, what's more important a client or ur coffee machine. Anyway. After the meeting I than stated to Dean I can only start on a Wednesday as I have home renovation. He than stated I should call him the following day which was Monday, I called him the following day and no answer and no reply to my text. I than called back on Tuesday yet no response and no reply. I than got a text stating he will call 'The guy' What guy Dean..... Anyway I than came to a conclusion thst this agency is a circus which is run by clowns. I should have read reviews before joining this unprofessional establishment of a circus. DO NOT APPLY HERE WILL WASTE UR TIME AND ENERGY.

Worst agency.
They keep cancelling your shift on last minute. In 2 weeks i got 5 shift cancelled. Also they say one price after payment is different. Even i was working for them but they put on the system that the shift is been canceled and they doesnt want to pay me.Zero trust

Wished I checked these reviews before working for these. Absolute scam artists. Avoid this Agency like the plague. They will not pay for all the hours you worked. Good job I didn't stay with them for long.

Worst thing I ever did was to sign up to this agency. They changed the parameters of the job which i specified and messed up my wages which i earned
