This deceptive practice makes it nearly impossible to track them down or hold them accountable when something goes wrong.
In my experience, Sure Lock & Key was nothing short of a nightmare. On July 21, 2025, they damaged my vehicle by improperly removing the ignition without authorization. The technician left my car disabled, and the company has done nothing but ignore my attempts to resolve the issue. I have tried repeatedly to contact them, but all my calls and emails have been met with silence or empty excuses. They refuse to take any responsibility for their actions, leaving me with a damaged car and no resolution.
Despite my clear attempts to work with them, they have made it impossible to reach a manager, and their only response is through vague emails that lead nowhere. The lack of professionalism is staggering. Not only did they damage my vehicle, but they also refused to acknowledge the harm they caused. It’s clear that they have no interest in doing right by their customers or standing behind their work.

They are nothing but a scam operation, and they will leave you stuck with the mess they create, while they refuse to be held accountable.
