Sure seal windows have just completed our new windows and doors installation, and from start to finish they have been brilliant. On our installation we were very impressed with Alan, who was excellent, he worked like a Trojan, his workmanship is superb, he cleaned up any mess he had made, very polite and it was a pleasure to have him complete our installation to the highest standards, thank you Alan

I am very pleased with the top quality windows and front door I had fitted. I have an Edwardian property and the style that my rep helped me pick works perfectly with the house. I noticed a massive difference with how much warmer my home is since they were fitted and how much longer the heat is retained for.
The friendly and very professional fitters only took two days to fit all of the windows to the front of the house. The finish / attention to detail is second to none. Once renovations have been completed, I will have them back to complete the rest of my home.

- didn't turn up first day - 'new van has broken down'.
- had to urgently call police as ex member of staff climbed into our property and threatened workers for money
- huge gaps left below the windows (under sill) so check - don't be distracted focusing just on the nice fresh glass appearance.
- worker said he was rushed for time to complete work
- left the can of spray for us to do ourselves on noting the not as expected finish on door.
- did not care to clean up decently
- we moved furniture away where able
- we had to ask for blinds to be put back up despite being otherwise informed
- quality of windows & doors are great.

Very satisfied with job from Sureseal Windows, the fitters did a great job — Max and Luke. They were very tidy and clean and worked quietly in our house.
The old windows were all taken away promptly and pebbledash and the blinds were put back up for us. We were very pleased .Thanks.

First class service in every respect. Exceptionally pleased with the installation, now, almost a year later, I needed copies of the 10 year guarantee and FENSA certificate, within minutes of my call both emailed to me, simply brilliant!

I am delighted with my new windows and doors from Sureseal Windows.
They are of excellent quality and have already made a noticeable difference with regards to maintaining heat, sound proofing and securing the property.
Also, a very competitive price as part of the 'recycle our old windows scheme'.
All correspondence from assessment to installation was professional at all times. Some of the team I dealt with, Gareth, Rob, Gary the fitter and the young lad working with him answered any questions I had and I always felt reassured and listened to. Jordan was excellent in going through the various products and available options to us and nothing was too much trouble.
The fitters were extremely friendly, hardworking, neat and ensured all work was completed to a high standard with minimal disruption which was appreciated as it was very close to Christmas!
Any minor concerns I had were rectified immediately by the fitters and the company have contacted me since checking that everything is still up to my standards.
Would definitely use Sureseal in the future if needed and would highly recommend them.

Thieves make sure you are careful they trick you into wavering your cooling of period. Also quoted me £40 to put a window back into place (literally took another labourer 2 minutes maximum to do it). Called back to get my deposit back as I wanted to cancel the service. Manager didn’t even call me back they just told me when I signed the quote I signed away my cooling of period. Don’t use these people if you look on Google reviews there is a lot of unfinished jobs they leave etc. If you also look through the Google reviews there is a lot of hate directed to their owner as he is known as a local conman.

On a positive note I ended up using Nufix doors (0151 208 9500) who are a very respectful honest and transparent team of people. Quick call out to come and have a look, they stuck to their time frames, stuck to their quotes and cheaper than anybody else in the city. Very positive experience.

What exactly is a lie in this review then? All the stuff I stated happened. Your manager didn’t call me back and all the staff fobbed me of for over two weeks and literally said ‘the manager said something about you wavered of your cooling of period because you signed the quote’ instead of a being an adult and calling me back you just kept dodging it. Furthermore all the stuff on Google reviews is legitimate if you have a look people have literally took pictures of the work you’ve left undone and literally quoted the owner saying ‘the ball is in your court’ have a good one mate.

Sureseal (St Marys Road, Liverpool) visited / measured up and booked in the work a month ahead. Good turnaround considering 'everyone is busy' response from other less enthusiastic outfits.
Kitchen door and window fitted in less than half a day. Quick, tidy job by polite and respectful 2 person fitter team
Follow on waste disposal team arrived within an hour of job being completed to tidy away the old door, window and shrapnel.
Can't fault the work done, decent price - very happy and would recommend.
