I was scheduled for my granddaughter and I to take a cookie decorating class. But I fell and broke my leg just before the class. I figured when I called they would give me the sorry but…. Abraham Soria was so kind when I called. I received a full refund. The refund came within 3 days. I will reschedule.

I ordered 8 each of the Bistro dinner plates, salad plates, and cereal bowls in 12/2025 for $260 on sale. Every set had defects. The worst was the cereal bowls. One had two spots inside the size of a dime where there's no glaze and it's yellow (I wish I could post a picture, they look like melted butter, very obvious, shouldn't have gotten past quality control.). Another had a rough chunk of glaze inside. Half the dinner plates had scratches in the glaze and half the salad plates had bubbles and dimples in the glaze. If they weren't defective, they would be great, as they have a nice weight and feel. I thought about ordering another set and maybe between the two would have enough to put together an acceptable set, but I don't think I want to do business with Sur la table after this. They must sell a lof of defective merchandise for me to get three separate items that all have defects.

I ordered an item on Sunday via the website. Picked the item up on Monday in the store and noticed a price decrease today. I called customer service and was told the item has to be taken back to the store for a price adjustment to take place. Nothing on their website indicates this is their process regarding price matching. I called the store to see if an adjustment can be made over the phone and received the same response. I didn't purchase the item in store and should not have to drive back to the store 20 plus miles for an online order and policy to be honored.

I needed to update my shipping address, and since my item was coming directly from the vendor, the team had to reach out on my behalf. Mayra emailed me personally right away and kept me updated through the whole process. She confirmed the address change quickly, and I really appreciated the level of care and communication. My experience was great. I expected to be on hold for several minutes or even hours with customer service, but Jose Campos picked up after only 30 seconds and got my issue resolved in about 5 minutes of emailing pictures of my damaged Emile Henry Bread Cloche which was a Christmas gift for my mother. I am for sure going to continue using Sur La Table for all of my future cooking purchases.

My customer service representative "Mayra Gutierrez" was a wonderful help. I contacted Sur La Table regarding my order/gift and learned that it had been canceled due to a billing/shipping misunderstanding. Mayra was able to locate my order and have it reinstated. She then processed it so that it would be shipped out ASAP. Mayra was knowledgeable and thorough, and I was grateful for her help. I am pleased that I chose Sur La Table to do business with, and I feel fortunate to have had Mayra as my Customer Service Representative.

I love Sur La Table, very nice company with wonderful selection of kitchen items. The ordering process is very easy and they do take great care of their customers. I had a small issue with shipping of one of my items that was resolved immediately by one of their friendly agents, Fabian Cano. Highly recommend this company!

I ordered two pasta makers on sale and they forced me to buy shipping protection. They shipped only one of them and included a slip in the box saying - 2 shipped, 1 in box. The ups tracking number and picture on delivery clearly shows only one box. After sending all of the information to customer service they ignored my request to show me evidence that they shipped both and told me I have to file a claim with insurance. This is clearly fraud as they can get away with keeping purchased items while passing the cost and frustration to customers and insurance companies. The item is worth hundreds of dollars. Be warned and stay away from this company.
