Had anyone had actual telephone…

Had anyone had actual telephone conversation with Camberley college....I have tried for three days with no luck, actually managed to leave a voice message only because from 2.45 until 3 pm nobody answered the phone and at 3 o'clock the office is closed. I sent 3 emails asking if
parking is free before I part with the money for over £100 for a art course in September. No reply oh well obviously they don't need money...ghastly behaviour
Even now as I am writing this I had been waiting for 18minutes for someone to answer my call....
