Complete scam. I stupidly ordered four dresses (thinking I’d try them on and send at least two back). As other reviewers have said, they took ages to arrive. When they finally did the dresses were of such poor quality, I didn’t want any of them. I asked about returning them but the “customer services” were so resistant to giving me instructions on how to return, really trying to push me to keep them but get 10% off my next purchase. I finally sent them back to China (tracked, at my own expense). Three months later i still haven’t received a refund.

Stated sisters were from Ibiza, the dresses are poor quality small made and had to return to China at a cost to me of £35, enclosed was a picture of each dress and details as they requested. Label attached stated dresses and now over 2 months and still sitting in customs therefore no refund until dresses are back in warehouse and inspected.

Dishonest, terrible quality and the company effectively steals your money by refusing to refund even when you pay tracked postage to China to send the terrible quality dresses back to them. I am reporting to trading standards. Do not buy from this company!

I ordered 2 dresses. One was OK, the other did not fit well. I emailed to ask for a refund or exchange. I was told I could pick another dress and just pay for postage... but it seems they have closed down and no dresses can be found online any more. It diverts to Betty-Rae jewellry with the same message that they are closing down. Am glad I at least received something!

Shocking scam, take a month to come, terrible quality and then can’t return, say they want you to send to China or give you 10% back, total scam

Do not buy from this company, it is a scam they are in China! Took ages to arrive and terrible quality. A Chinese scam company

100% Scam!! As soon as I ordered a dress I started to notice the exact same one/model appearing all over insta and Pinterest but under different company names! It took forever to arrive and then I got two! Checked my bank and they charged me twice! Annoyed at myself for falling for this. Please don’t buy anything from this company!

Do not buy from this Chinese company, pretending to a European brand.

Don't buy!!!!! - so annoyed with myself, I ordered two dresses which have arrived form China!!!!! The dresses are so cheap and the material is awful. I have send several emails about asking for a refund and all they have offered is an exchange!!!! AWFUL customer service....... The website is fake, nothing to do with Ibiza or sisters..... Im now over £60.00 out of pocket!!!!!

When I placed my order I was under the impression the company was Europe based! In their blurb they speak about Spain, and even Brighton in the UK. Free delivery was offered so again presumed this company was local, nothing said as I placed my order delivery would take up 3 weeks! This was due because my item was coming from China! When it arrived I knew as soon as I saw the package it was going to be poor quality, due to the size of the package, and I was right, shoddy Chinese copies of the original gress they show on line! Please don't buy from this company, thier website looks so legit but its far from it. Really disappointing. But so far customer service has been very good, but they have asked me to send pictures of the dress to claim a refund order form to send the dress back, my reply to this why on earth do you want a picture surely you know your stock, but of course they don't, it came from China. They have just emailed me saying I need to send it back to China tracked or I can have a 10% refund. What a complete joke.

Absolutely dreadful. Cheap nasty clothes. Dress is advertised at nearly £100!!! It’s plastic and awful. They are not sisters in Ibiza!! It’s a scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Awful quality, not hemmed, plastic fabric. Refunds have to be posted back to china at your expense tracked post.

Just drop shipping from SHEIN at a mark up. Delivery takes forever. Stuff still hasn’t arrived. Feel like I’ve been scammed & feeling a bit annoyed at myself about it!

WARNING!! This company is awful- it’s worse than Shein/ Wish and is not based in Spain as advertised- it’s in China. So so cheap quality and then you have to pay for the return postage all the way back to China. DONT order ladies 😭
