I am giving a high rating mainly because of Angelina(she is my consultant), i am quite content with her being super competent, fast and able to answer all my questions-very well job!! Plus she is really sweet and lively. Also the other lady(I guess her name was Yasmine), who have always been exceptionally warm and professional. Even though I am not her client, whenever I walk in clinic and she is at the counter, she immediately informs me that Angelina is in a session, tells me approximately when she will be done, and even offers me tea while I wait- despite she looks always so busy. These small gestures make a dramatic difference and show true professionalism and kindness. Special thanks for that.
However, I had a consistently negative experience with one of the staff members who has curly-blond hair+blue eyes. I tried to interact with her multiple times, but she made absolutely no effort to acknowledge me. I am not sure if it was intentional or not, but being ignored repeatedly felt quite unprofessional and honestly uncomfortable. Even if I am not her client, a basic level of politeness toward anyone who walks into the clinic should be expected.
Overall, I am happy with the service thanks to Angelina and the other lady called Yasmine. How clean the clinic is, the treatment options and also the products. Nevertheless I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously, as the difference in attitude between staff members is significant.
