Ordered an item in November 2025 and still not received it. No offer of a refund - just 'wait until it arrives'
AVOID THIS COMPANY at all costs!

Was sent the wrong size shirt and when I contacted customer service, they offered me a $2 refund on a $40 dollar purchase.

Do not order from this company. You will not receive your goods. I have been waiting for over a month now. They keep sending me it's on its way stay patient we know you will like your product emails. Then when you contact them they respond with we have contacted the shipper to expedite it. This company is a scam stay away from them.

I recently purchased a watch from this company, lured by their promise of a full refund if not satisfied. However, my experience has been far from satisfactory.

The product did not meet my expectations and when I sought a refund, I was met with resistance. The company and the seller, Shiyel, have been passing the responsibility back and forth, leaving me in a difficult position.

Their response to my refund request has been disappointing, offering me a mere US $3 to $6, which is far from the full refund promised. This experience has left me feeling cheated and I believe this company’s practices are fraudulent.

I urge potential buyers to exercise caution when dealing with this company. Ensure you have a clear understanding of their refund policy and don’t be afraid to ask questions before making a purchase. Remember, your hard-earned money is at stake.
