Delivery failure

We ordered four umbrellas for specific use on a corporate job on Weds 14 Sept 2022 and DPD were supposed to deliver on Tuesday 13 Sept 2022 and no signature was required. I was working away but the farm was not closed down, the barn door was wide open ALL DAY (despite the cold and rain) and my partner was working in the barn all day. DPD sent a text to me saying,' Sorry we missed you. The Driver won't be back today'. Why did my partner not hear the driver? Why were the items not left in the barn as no signature was needed? The umbrellas are no longer of use to me and the shoddy so called attempted delivery by DPD is not acceptable. This is not good service and I am disgusted with this DPD.

Good selection and reasonably priced

I arrived at the site via Google in urgent search of an umbrella after my daughter’s one broke. I was impressed by the range of children’s umbrellas, delivery was next day and reasonably priced (I felt), and I’m pleased with the quality so far. Time will tell but for the price if I get a year out of it I’d be happy considering she’s broken two in the last month and they were a lot more expensive. I’ll definitely look at this site again when I need to replace my own umbrella.

Zero stars

Zero stars. My umbrella is 10 months old and has broken more than twice. The thread attaching the cover to the frame come away, which I repaired a couple, Now three pins on separate arms where the brolly arms fold have detached making it virtually useless to use. My email has bounced back. And I completed a feedback form which is also not accepted ' An errror occurred" So I'd think again if buying - design looks good but quality of manufacture is poor
