My only concern would be that the way the ceiling tiles were packaged meant that the outside two were damaged - maybe consider solid packaging around the sides?

Thank you for your kind review. I'm sorry that two of the outside tiles were damaged. We've considered different packaging in the past but have found that the bubble wrap does offer good all round protection.
We are however going to be trialling a different packaging system in the New Year and your thoughts will be put into the decision on this.

Didn't know exactly what I was looking for but a very helpful reponse to my query narrowed it down and then when purchased it arrived exactly when promised. This is the sort of service which is lacking in so many online companies. The convenience of online shopping but with personal help and advice when needed.
