Happy but lacks communication
I am super happy with the product I received but I think the communication between the customer and the company can be improved. For example I didn’t receive a shipping e-mail or date and time the package would be delivered.

Item probably lost. Poor customer service
I ordered a coat as a Christmas present in the Black Friday sale and naturally I expected that it would arrive by Christmas. However, I then received an email stating it would be shipped on the 15th of December. This was not made clear when I initially ordered it as it did not say on the website. Tracking has not updated for the item since the 18th of December and I am still awaiting a response from an email which I sent on the 25th of December
