Very exciting store employees who were happy to help me and would answer all my questions about the clothing and the sizes.

They sold me a jacket that had clearly been worn for months.
This is without question the worst shopping experience of my life.
I received a padded jacket that was sold as new, but it was clearly heavily worn, possibly as a staff or sample piece.
Both pocket bases are completely torn open, with two large holes (around 4 cm each) on both sides, and the padding is coming out. If this were a random defect, it would most likely appear on only one side. The fact that both sides failed in the exact same structural location strongly suggests a design flaw combined with prolonged wear. This kind of symmetrical damage only appears after long-term use, not from a short try-on or a normal return.
In addition, the jacket has visible stains, a very strong perfume smell, and heavy pilling on the cuffs. These are clear signs of extended wear. There is no realistic way this condition went unnoticed. Either they knew the jacket was damaged and worn, or they chose not to care and shipped it anyway.
Because I ordered from the U.S., it honestly feels like heavily worn inventory is being sent to international customers who have fewer options to return items compared to customers in Europe.
On top of this, the brand heavily markets to U.S. customers while barely disclosing import taxes. Prices are displayed in USD, the site appears U.S.-friendly, and only deep in the shipping information does it mention potential duties. I ended up paying nearly USD 70 in import taxes, only to open the package and immediately see that the jacket was already damaged and smelled strongly of perfume.
It’s about basic honesty and respect. Being charged full price and import taxes for a heavily worn, structurally damaged item is unacceptable.
I’m sharing this to warn other international customers to be extremely careful.

I bought a puffer jacket the 25 of october. On the webside it Said that I would recieve the jacket within a week. Right after i bought it i Got a mail informing me that they are sorry but I would recieve 2 weeks after. That sucked because I wanted a winter jacket since it was cold in denmark. Then I kept on getting mails about the jacket being delayed which resultet in me recieving the jacket the 18 of november. The jacket then fitted badly and not as showed on pictures so i sent it back the 21 of november. Now its the 24 of january and I still havent Got my money returned. I have now written a mail to the Company and hope they somehow Will make their mistakes up.

I already own many sweaters and other clothing items from Suspicious Antwerp, but this time I had my eye on a pair of unisex trousers. Because I wasn’t sure about the sizing, I decided to try them on in the Amsterdam store instead of ordering online. I was helped incredibly well by two girls in the store — they gave me great advice while fitting and made me feel very comfortable. I left the store with a beautiful pair of trousers and a very positive experience. Highly recommended!

Good quality of the T-shirts, although many are much too short or just too wide. Looking forward to a more normal fit, my son being 1m93 tall, these short T-shirts really don't work

I do love the product, Look, fit, feel as described and expected.
The shopping process is good, the final delivery-time and the respective infos should be improved.
